Come join us for this fun multi-media class creating a vintage map of Florida on March 7th @ 6pm. This project is created on a 12"x12" wooden board, as well as with a wooden dolphin, Florida state, and the words "Navarre Beach" or "Pensacola Beach". We will paint our wooden dolphin and words, and decoupage the state of Florida using map paper. Then, we will surround our state with sand and create the Gulf and Atlantic using resin, mica powders, and alcohol ink. This is a multi-step process that will take a little time and patience, but the results will be fabulous! Cost $75. All materials provided, including light snacks. We are excited to host our first kids class on Friday, March 21st @ 11am! each child will receive a 14"x8" wire & canvas lobster, acrylic paint, paint brushes, and puff paint. We will instruct the students on how to paint the lobster using a "wet on wet" technique and then create tiny details using puff paint. This class is meant to be a fun a relaxing class! Parents must remain at SeaGlass while their child is painting and may not leave the premises. Come join us for this fun & messy dirty pour class on Saturday, March 29th @ 3pm. Each person will receive a 15"-18" sea turtle, resin, four mica powder colors, and alcohol ink. Resin will be used as our pouring medium, as opposed to an acrylic pouring medium, and we will create different effects based on timing, alcohol inks, as well as by moving our resin around with our air dryers. This is going to be a messy class, so don't wear anything too nice! Also, this is a class of experimentation and requires and open mind and patience. Come join us to create this beautiful glass and resin beach heart on Friday, March 21st @ 6pm. We will create our flower fields with as many colors and textures as we can stand, while having a wonderful time laughing and having a good time together in the process.
